Frankie started playing football at the age of 5 and continues to actively play now. 

What motivates Frankie:

My love of football continues and I love playing and coaching. Knowing what I want from sessions as a player has helped shape the sessions I run as a coach.  Coaching has always been something I’ve wanted to do so I started my coaching journey 6 years ago. Seeing the enjoyment, progression and confidence that develops is always something that I thrive off. Coaching all ages and different positions is something I’ve had to adapt to and learnt along the way.
